Hayzam Sherif

I’m a full-stack developer, currently leading development at Alchemilla Ventures , a software consultancy based in India. I’m particularly interested in distributed systems, virtualization, and operating system development. I enjoy building web applications as well as working on the infrastructure behind them, and I also have an interest in embedded systems and peer-to-peer software.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked on a variety of projects, both independently and as part of a team. I enjoy being involved in different parts of a project, from figuring out how it should work to writing code, debugging, and keeping it running. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to work with different technologies and learn from the people around me.

Outside of work, I enjoy writing and talking about politics and economics, whether it’s a serious discussion or a completely pointless debate. Opinions here are my own.
