traverse is a small command line tool for testing STUN and TURN servers. It sends a request to the server, parses the response, and reports the result in text, JSON, or XML, which makes it easy to use both interactively and from scripts.
For STUN, it reports your public IP and port along with the detected NAT type. For TURN, it allocates a relay address using long term credentials and reports the relay IP, port, and lifetime over UDP or TCP. A batch mode combines both tests into a single report.
It is written in Go and ships as a static binary for Linux, macOS, Windows, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, and NetBSD.
